Strollertime exercise program was developed by a mom with young children, and she knows what it takes to be a new mom. When she developed the "baby blues" after the birth of her baby and being a nursing mother she asked her doctor for some suggestions of how to deal with the situation with out medication. He explained to her how important an exercise program is and how much it would help her.
So Strollertime exercise videos came into being. It's a 50 minute workout with your baby included in their stroller. With the CD:Cardio Power Walk you begin with a five minute warm up followed with a 10 to 20 minute aerobic power walk, five minute cool down and stretch, with the baby in the stroller. With the DVD:Full Body Toning and Strengthening which is twenty minutes, cool down of three minutes, relaxation two minutes while your baby watches animated graphics in his stroller.
With Strollertime exercising you do not need to worry about transportation, childcare expense, or special clothing. It's fun and easy.
